2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible. For standard models, we can start with a small order for sample testing or initial inventory. For fully customized vehicles, we typically work with volume orders. Contact us with your requirements for a specific quote.

3. Do you offer lithium battery options?
Yes. All our vehicles are available with either high-quality lead-acid batteries or lithium battery upgrades. Our lithium batteries are UN38.3 certified, offering longer lifespan, lighter weight, and faster charging.

4. How do you handle international shipping?
We have extensive experience in exporting to over 20 countries. We typically ship via sea freight to major ports. We provide full export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and any required certificates (such as MSDS, UN38.3 for lithium batteries). We can arrange shipping under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.

5. Are your vehicles certified for use in the USA or Europe?
Our vehicles can be manufactured to meet specific market compliance standards. We offer US DOT-compliant models and can provide the necessary documentation for EU market entry. Please let us know your target market so we can tailor the vehicle and paperwork accordingly.

6. What is the typical shipping time?
Shipping time varies by destination. For example:

  • USA (West Coast): Approximately 18-22 days by sea.

  • USA (East Coast): Approximately 25-30 days.

  • Israel / Middle East: Approximately 18-25 days.

  • Europe: Approximately 25-30 days.
